Lloyd will always get the title, then you can pick 3 characters at the party. The Dance Party will require saving the princess with Zelos, it's a side quest available after completing the Latheon Gorge (fairly late in the game). Tracking your affection is a bit annoying and requires you to plan your playthrough based on which characters you want in your top 3, especially for Kratos. The Flanoir Doctor event will allow you to pick between the 3 characters with the highest affection (Kratos included).
